Tip 137: Touch your legs

You'll be standing at a bus stop, or in a meeting, or watching TV, and your fingers will idly meander to your quad, and run back and forth, along the sharp edge of a defined muscle.

BONUS TIP: Even if finding that muscle means pushing away a whole lot of fat - like Moses parting the Red Sea - it's a delight.
They can have their veggie gardens, their worlds of warcraft, their stock portfolios. We are growing, working on and investing in our legs.
